Demystifying Hypnosis

Hypnosis is simply a vehicle to access your subconscious.

Your subconscious is the acting part of your mind that runs your body and acts out your "autopilot" scripts. If you are not aware of what those scripts are, then basically a 6 year old is at the wheel of your life.
Hypnosis allows you to bring these scripts to your awareness so that you can modify them.

While hypnosis has been used throughout history and under various names, along the way, considerable mythology has developed around it.
